Singapore’s Airport Declared ‘Best Airport’ of the World

A new list of the top airports in the world has been published based on replies to questionnaires from the Global Airport Survey supplied by more than 60 different nationalities of airport customers during the course of the study period. According to a study by Skytrax , a UK-based airline and airport review and ranking site, Singapore Changi Airport has been awarded the world's best airport, followed by Hamad International Airport of Qatar , which has been recognized as the most architecturally significant terminal complex in the world. The Chief Executive Officer of Changi Airport Group recognized the accomplishment of the airport being awarded the best airport in the world for the 12th time and added that the honor is a great source of motivation for the airport community.

Pak Suzuki Shuts Down Motorcycle Production in Pakistan

The Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) announced on Friday that it would stop producing motorcycles for 12 days , citing a lack of inventory as the main justification. According to a notice the PSMC submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, motorbike manufacturing will be shut down from March 20 to March 31 due to a lack of inventory (PSX). Yet, the two-wheeler company was explicit that the auto facility will continue to operate. Locally, the company assembles, produces, sells, and distributes Suzuki cars, pickup trucks, vans, 4x4s, motorcycles, and associated replacement parts . On the other hand, the Suzuki name is Japanese. PSMC temporarily discontinued its auto plan last month.

Sindh Govt Wants to Set Minimum Monthly Wage at Rs. 44,000

Given the nation's current inflationary condition, Saeed Ghani , the minister of labor and human resources for Sindh , has emphasized the necessity of a minimum monthly wage of Rs. 44,000 for employees. Further changes are required since Sindh's minimum salary has already gone up from Rs. 17,500 to Rs. 25,000.   Out of the more than 600,000 members of the Sindh Workers' Social Security Institution (SESSI), Ghani claims that about 100,000 employees in the province have already received the Benazir Mazdoor Card (BMC).
